Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to take direction from the Director of Procurement, as well as manage and oversee our warehouse in Plainview, NY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain in-house and vehicle inventory
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Deliver products and parts to various locations daily
• Make special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
• Perform other duties as allotted

Required:

• Efficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to learn quickly.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment

Preferred:

• Degree in business administration, logistics or related field
